Lucid Motors, a newcomer in the EV market, needed a customer experience that reflected the sophistication of its debut vehicle — the MotorTrend Car of the Year. The challenge wasn’t just to design a visually elegant website, but to create an end-to-end journey that embodied luxury, technology, and sustainability. Every interaction — from pre-order to ownership — needed to feel as exclusive as the vehicles themselves.
As UX Design Lead, I guided the creation of a cohesive customer journey that integrated strategy, design, and storytelling. Working across product, brand, and engineering teams, we implemented a comprehensive content strategy and design system that positioned Lucid as more than a car company — but as a luxury lifestyle brand. The digital experience was crafted to build aspiration, foster community, and create a seamless transition into ownership. From pre-order flows to in-vehicle startup interactions, every touchpoint reinforced Lucid’s attention to detail and pursuit of excellence.
